Citrine is said as signature of peace and wisdom, it is also known as the Merchant Stone. The name citrine has been derived from the French word citron which means lemon.
This stone is yellow-to-golden member of the quartz group. From Pale yellow to Madeira orange and all the golden and yellow colors come under this stone. The yellow color is from the presence of iron, the darker the color - the higher the quality of the stone. Its hardness is 7. It is transparent by nature. The transparency is of silica quartz.
Citrine is one of the most common and affordable gemstones. In fact as compared to other gemstone, citrine is very much rare in nature.
Most citrines have been heat treated, amethyst is artificially heated to prepare citrine. It is available in a wide range of different sizes and shapes, it can easily be scratched. It changes its color if left in the sunlight for hours. Citrine is called the stone of the mind. The primary source of Citrine is Brazil. It is also found in Madagascar, Spain, Uruguay, Scotland, USA (California, Colorado, North Carolina, Georgia, and Nevada) and Russia.

I love these! I have a question for anyone who knows anything about jewelry! My best friend bought me the most beautiful pearl necklace for my birthday from premium pearl but i have no idea how to dress it down... can i mix gemstones with pearls!?

In my opinion you need to dressup yourself with very classic and pastel color outfits. Yes you can mix gemstones like Emerald, Coral, Amethyst, peridot with pearl.
